Ris, I am re-starting today as well, after a long time off track. This works - I did it in 2004 and lost a lot of weight but then went crazy (didn't go up the rungs) thought I could do it myself....sad thing is I just kept on doing it "my" way and ended up gaining almost all of my weight back. We can do it !!!! Good luck !!! Happy low-carbing !!!!

Hi, Started over the weekend. Today is day 3... no more headaches. Yay!

Thanks everyone for the encouragement  . Finallygettingitright, thanks for being my buddy i have done it so many times with success, the only diet i keep coming back to. I started clean this morning and packed a salad for lunch, clean induction here i come . |
