| As long as you dont count it as your water minimum (64 fluid ounces plus 8 extra ounces for every 25 pounds you hope to lose) and stick to the maximum of 3 servings of legal sweetener, then it is allowed. So 24 fluid ounces would be maxing out your sweetener for the day. However someone hoping to lose a sweet tooth would be better off having no sweetened foods/drinks if possible.

| how many serves of sweetener in a can of diet soda? Its sooo sweet! Surely it would have more than 3 serves!

| I've found that it's not so much the sweetness of the soda that I crave but tot bubbles and bite of the soda water. I've been getting soda water with lime in it... NO sweetener. It meets my craving for soda and doesn't trigger my sweet tooth.

| I have been adding a squeeze of lemon juice and one splenda packet to a quart of water sometimes.....seems to help |
