| As far as avocadoes go...they contain a lot of carbs but net carbs is only like 4 per avocado. It is technically a "fruit" which is why I think it's restricted to 1/2 per day on induction. They are VERY high in calories and good fats which is why I've always restricted them pre-atkins but enjoy eating them at work now. Not too mention they're so expensive, like my red bell peppers, which I also enjoy now beacuse I can justify buying them to my husband when we're in the grocery store budget shopping! But I'm new here so others may have a better response. |
