| Are they counting total carbs or net carbs? I would skip the dressing as I bet at 4.2 carbs per serving that has sugar in it.

| Jack in the Box has grilled chicken strips now, so try those on the days you dont want an bunless burger. |

| yeah, i think in the future, i'm going to skip using their dressing. also, we dont have those grilled chix strips in idaho yet, i saw them on the menu when i was in san francisco last week, but was SO bummed when i came back to idaho and they werent here yet. i cant wait, cause they look yummy and sometimes i get sick of bunless burgers. |

| Thank goodness Jack isn't here... I'd be consuming all the tacos and strawberry shakes I could handle... we're definitely going to have to arrange for cheat days when we visit an area with Jack. Hubby and I can't resist! If I remember correctly they do have an extensive "grilled" menu though... with lots of sandwich options. If you went bunless I'm sure the carb count would be significantly reduced! I'd probably just scrape out the insides of 10 or 12 tacos and call it a day though! Lucky you... |
