| NOPE! check out the ingredients, lots of those things shouldnt be had until the higher rungs of OWL... though i believe they all say on them that they are okay for induction they are not, they are a well known staller! Atkins nutritionals created them after Dr A had died, just a money making scheme! stay away from them!

| Emma is right - as far as I have been able to find out NONE of the 'safe for induction' bars only have ingredients that are allowed for induction, so steer clear of them till you are at the level/rung of OWL thast does allow them all. I know Dr Atkins did say he 'stood by' the Atkins bars but apparently the bars now contain different ingredients than they did in the past - and he did say several times in DANDR 'Eat nothing that is not on the allowed foods list'. As for the shakes, Atkins is NOT a high protein way of eating but a hig fat/medium protein/low fat WOE and the shakes are virtually all protein unless you add lots of fat to them.
