coffee?

hi there!
i know coffee should be a no-no during induction, but i can't seem to wake up without it heh.
i did induction few times already and it never triggered sugar cravins or slowed down the weight loss, so i'm asking what harm would it do to me?
i'm drinking sugar free coffee with little milk - total max 3-5 carbs.

Milk is not an induction-legal food so as Emma said - try using cream instead which is allowed.
