| do you input your foods into fitday.com? you should be heading for around 65% fat - thats the best way to work it out rather than grams! 15lbs in 4 weeks is great, congrats!

| I don't know if you are male or female, so I'll give figure for both: Figure your basal metabolic rate http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/. This is the MINIMUM amount of calories our bodies need at REST. For a female, this would be 1679. For a male it is 1954. So, 1679 times 65% (Atkins) is 1091 and 1954 is 1270. Each gram of fat is 9 calories. So For a female 1091 calories divided by 9 is 121 grams of fat For a male 1270 calories divided by 9 is 141 grams of fat Keep in mind that's minimum.
