| The few times I had problems 'going' I used glycerine suppositories. BTW on Atkins you might find your 'movements' become fewer in number as you are not eating all those nutritionally-empty carby foods. If you are not feeling bunged up and uncomfortable and wanting to 'go' but not being able to, dont worry too much about it.
