| you should be eating to satisfaction. are you working out alot? maybe you aren't eating enough because of the increased activity. jimmie jo's hint of the day: don't compare with what was with what is. too many variables from then to now.

| if you don't drink enough water you will feel more hungry. I would say try to drink more water... Also make sure you are eating enough with your meals... |
