Default Starting again.

I am starting Induction again tomorrow, as i will be starting my second year of uni. I control what i buy from the supermarket! So no more mother buying muffins and cookies.

I'm very excited, AND there will be a gym within walking distance and a housemate who loves to exersize, perfection!

I will note my progress on fitday and share with you how i get on! (If you dont mind ofc!) Just enjoying my last serving of potatoes for a while at this very moment.

Can't weight for the pounds to drop off. (Hopefully)

JoJo... Nice to know you've re-committed to Atkins. Sounds like you're headed in the right direction, what with planning exercise from the word go and using Fitday to keep a tally of your foods! Kudos to you.

You might be enjoying your last serving of potatoes until the right OWL rung, but you'll be enoying so many legal foods soon that in a while, you'll hardly miss them.

Happy losing!

You both have lost so much weight and transformed your way of life, i'd be really happy if i loose half the weight you two have!

I do need mothering! My mum doesn't support atkins and i doubt my housemates will either, expecially with one doing a sports and exersize science degree! So i'll need SOME support.

I'm only 20, which seems old for me, but i'm probably a baby on this board. (no offence) I'm a big water drinker anyway, always have been.

O, a question, what sorts of medication are and are not legal on atkins. Because people have been chatting about cough medicines and laxitives being bad? Surely thats not right, what about perscription drugs, coz i'm on eurothrmycin.

Laxatives are bad news! Your prescription drugs are okay, and you shouldn't stop taking them. Some scripts do slow down your weight loss, but if prescribed, you need to take them.

The cough stuff mostly has lots of sugar, so if you get a cold, you will really have to be careful and read the ingredients list.
