| Thanks for the suggestion Emma. I have resorted to that but it's not the healthiest way to start the day and I try and avoid taking medications by addressing the cause whenever possible. I don't think it is dehydration because I drink a lot of water and invariably have to get up once to go the bathroom during the night. |

| If you have to take pain killers try to avoid ibuprofen ( neurofen ) as it can cause water retention. Paracetamol is probably the best. A persistent headache is probably not a good thing. By day 11 you shoudl be well past the induction flu stage. Are you sure there are no hidden carbs creeping into your diet? are you taking a multivitamin and getting all your water in? Drinking lots of caffeine will make you dehydrated too just a thought . Goodluck!

| Did you stop using caffeine when you started induction? I would suggest getting a B-Complex vitamin and give that a try.. |
