| Really good advice. This is one area that I must follow more. I always get weighed and never seem to get around to taking my measurements. I will make it a point to do this tonight. Thanks |

| I started Induction 4 days ago. My scale has moved down 11 pounds and although Im happy, the true truth is the inches I will lose. On the day I started, I went to Fittogether.net and entered all of my measurements. Dont be complacent and say "but I dont have a tape measure". Get off your butt and go get one at walmart or where ever, just get it. Its gonna be just another tool that helps us achieve our dreams and its cheap.

| Yeah, great advice! I've always measured every other Sunday morning and weighed. I can't tell you how many times my weight stayed the same or increased a few pounds, but the inches just kept melting off. That is so exciting as it is the inches that people notice and what gets you in smaller sizes. To date: I've lost 129 inches!!! Wow, thats a whole person and half. lolol

| Fantastic post!! I love the tape measure & loath the scale. I didn't lose much for pounds on induction but lost a whole lot of inches!! Get a tape measure!!

| Thanks everybody! I hate to see people discouraged when the pounds do not magically fall off (but the inches do and they just don't know it). Hopefully this will help someone else to start keeping track. I know I didn't my first go around with Atkins and wish I would have. |
