| Congratulations, 15 pounds is awesome. When I find it too crazy to exercise, I walk in place or do extra stretches in every move that I can. Great job....I'm so happy for you!! Whoopppeee!!!

| Congrats on a great start, i'm sure you'll find time to incorporate some exercise, i bought a recumbant bike and ANYTIME i watch t.v., a movie, read or sew, or even lap top to this place, i am on that bike pedaling away....it's great.... |

| I can just imagine how that felt. I know I had to double check the scale this morning but I can't imagine seeing 15 pounds of me gone... FOREVER. Keep up the good work!
