| Hi Muffy, It can be very tempting to weigh yourself a lot at the start (and well, the whole time too Congrats on the loss so far - that is great for 8 days. Also, it is totally worth measuring yourself as the measure can show you are losing even when the scale won't budge, which tends to happen later on. |

| i agree and especially with this diet because of the fat we consume ur weight can be very wishy washy ..try to weigh urself the sametime...im also a slave to the scale faithfully every morinin before i eat anything but it is better not to weigh urself as much so u dont get discouraged...good luck!!

| That is an option! OR get him to hide it and bring it out once a week for weigh in. I did this with BF for a while. |
