| I made some awesome soup the other day. I boiled a whole chicken, deboned it, threw it back in the broth and added chopped green and red bell peppers, mushrooms, turnips, celery, and onion. Boiled until the veggies were tender. Very good and filling.

| Have you ever been to Olive Garden and had their Suppa Toscana? I made that one day. It was good; however, I was bad and didn't take measurements of what I used. The ingredients, however, were induction friendly. All you need is heavy whipping cream, kale, and sausage. I think I also used butter and Mrs. Dash's garlic and herb with no sodium, I had to add the salt myself. At Olive Garden they put potatoes in it, but I didn't use them and surprisingly enough it tasted just like the soup they serve! You really can make tasty foods with the induction friendly foods |
