| I'm in induction (extended) and I do drink these drinks - 1 per day MAX. I love them and I treat them as a dessert type item. They do seem to fill me up in a big way so I have also used them as something to hold me over until I can cook etc. I've also found Fruit 2O drinks a good water "substitue" when I just need something else to go with (especially since I have cotton mouth from ketosis right now). However, I think it would depend on how your body would react to something like these drinks. My body doesn't mind them and I still lose the weight - however yours might react differently! |

| That might be so, but on ADBB we go by the book. And according to the book, no fruits/fruit juices are allowed during Induction phase.
