| One extra thing you can do now to prepare for induction is to start drinking more plain water now (assuming like me you drank very little water before Atkins Once you start to drink it you sort of seem to want more - which helps you get in the swing of it.

| You sound like you are excited about your new WOE and thats great!! Keep up that positive attitude!!! Water.. I drink it out of a cup with a straw at work, I am able to drink more than I ever thought I would. Now, I feel a difference when I don't. I'm also starting Monday, so I think it will be great to keep each other motivated and accountable! You can do this, for yourself and your health! Tracey |

| Hi Catrenia! It's understandable you might feel scared a little, considering the other plans you tried did not work out. But I think you'll be pleased with the results you'll get with Atkins, you can do it! By the way that's a great photo-you're a lovely gal! Lisa

| i can relate to feeling scared. i felt scared last saturday before i started induction phase on sunday. i was scared for a few days into induction.. but i am here on the 6th day and i feel amazing, i've lost at least five pounds already, i LOOK much thinner, my mind feels clear, i have no desire to stop doing induction whatsoever. its okay to feel scared, or worried that things might not work. but you shouldnt let that stop you from trying. it worked for you before, it works for all of us, and its always better to TRY. you'll do great! you'll suceed, and you'll be happy you went for it.

| Thanks all of you!! I'm hoping to regain some feeling of looking "okay" when I step outside into the world. I want my daughter (she's 6) to look at me and feel proud to have me as mommy. AGAIN, thank you all. Your support has been phoenomenal. Here's a picture of my baby girl. She's giving me the incentive to keep going (I want to be around to see her grow up). I have to stay healthy for her.
