| yep, your info is right, as long as you stick to your 3 cups during induction. OWL is even better, I'm now easily eating 20 net carbs of veggies a day and love it |

Once you have finished your first 14 days on induction you can start on OWL rung 1 and add another 5 net carbs of these veggies, which could mean an extra 2 cups of cauliflower!
