| Hi cjx, Welcome to the board and to Atkins. Sounds like you're on the right track. Reading the book is very important. If you do have any questions along the way do hesitate to ask us. Also very important to drink your water. And get most of your carbs from veggies. Also if this is your first day you might want to measure your waist, arms, legs, anywhere you want to so you can really tell the physical difference.
