Restaurant Websites

DH and I were taking the kids to Olive Garden tonight. I was a little worried because the only menu items I could envision were pasta and garlic bread sticks. I went onto the Olive Garden website and it had a list of the menu items that were less than 20 carbs. Hooray for that! I was able to decide before we even went what I was going to have and I knew how many carbs it had. Knowing I was going to be having a meal that was induction legal and within my carbs for the day made it easy to avoid those garlic breadsticks. Do most of the chain restaurants have this on their websites?
