Congratulations on sticking it out and you lost 12 lbs!!! I'm sure that was hard, you had alot of outside influences during those two weeks! You should be very proud!!! It was not an easy task! Tracey

| When I began Atkins, I found there was no other way than to do a clean induction. Why walk on that top of that slippery slope if you can make it easier on yourself and see results??? Congratulations to you!! Job well done!
