| I don't think so. Calories in Puddings, Kraft, Jell-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling Chocolate http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/item/19275.html has 8.2 grams of carbs , with 0.9 fiber, that's 7.3 net carbs. on induction. you must eat from the induction list. and 12 to 15 net carbs must come the salad/vegatable list. I believe after induction there is a OWL rung that this is allowed, just not on induction.

As for the pudding, what are the ingredients listed on the box? If those ingredients are on the Induction Acceptable Foods list, then the food is Atkins friendly. If it isn't, then it's not.

| Remember also that the carb count on the box is for just the mix itself. It doesn't include the milk/cream that you would add to it. But in short, the answer is nope. It's not allowed on induction or for quite some time after that.
