| Thank you so much, I cried about my self image and what Ilooked like not because of the atkins diet. I have tried this diet a bunch of times. My will power has been terrible. I did it once beofre and lost like 30lbs, I know it works for me, just doing it and sticking to it is part of the challenge!

| carbs are an addiction, its hard for me to give up my addictions, but after awhile , you don't miss it. I can walk through any bakery, any pizza place, any chinese food restaurant, and since labor day I am good shape. (now being in Bars with friends are a Totally Different story) But alcohol is not on induction

| I know you didn't ask me... but here's some ideas for food... lettuce wraps with chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad, cheeseburger and tomatoe... fish... baked in oven with dill and butter egg quiche dishes with veggies and meat... tons of ideas out there! don't get discouraged and don't give up! you can do this! liz |

| eat everything on the induction list and make as many different choices as possible, remember to buy spices. and check the boards for sample menus and recipes.
