| Yep, most people end up with between 10 and 15 grams of carbs. The veggies don't account for a lot. The rest comes from cheese, flax seed, heavy cream, stuff like that. |

| sauces , graves, toppings, sweetners, diet gum, all sneak in carbs some place. a lot of restaurants use corn starch as a thickener. dressings too. Good luck

| You can increase your vegetable carbs by not choosing lettuce which is super-low in carbs. There are many other more nutritious vegetables on the 'salad list' than lettuce which is just chewy water!!
