Default Starting on Monday.

I have the internet in my house (finally) so i am back on here!

I am starting again on Monday. I tried this week but i was weak willed
On Monday lectures start again which means i get back into a routine. My life goes to a lazy pot if i dont have some routine.

So its back on the Atkins, back to the gym, and unfortunatly back to putting up with my housemates concern for my health. blah blah blah.

Some questions

1) Can u make scrambled eggs with cream?
2) I have a huge appetite and feel hungry between meals, any good ideas for snacks?
3) Is it a good idea to go for 6 smaller meals per day, or 3 normal sized ones?
4) Whats a scallop?
5) I hate having eggs in the morning (with the exception of boiled and fryed) what else can i have?

Hi JoJo,
Welcome back to the internet and to this board. Let me take a stab at some of your questions.
1, You are allowed 2 to 3 tablespoons of cream (I think that's right) so you can put cream in scrambled eggs. I prefer water but that's just me
2. Develed eggs, celery with cream cheese, pork rinds =(if you can handle them), Any left overs from dinner, chicken leg, cheese.
3. I personally prefer 6 smaller meals, especially if you have a big appitite. Less chance of getting too hungry. Also remember that if you are hungry between meals to eat.
4> I believe it's a type of fish. It's small and round. I don't like fish so I've never had one.
5. I love eggs so this is a hard one for me. Leftovers from the night before, Ham and cheese rollups, Bacon or sausage.
I do hope I have been a little bit of a help.

Good Luck JOJO....I love to make italian salami with a couple of pinches of chese on top. Microwave them for about 35 sec, longer if you want a crispy texture. You can also make induction coleslaw...I love coleslaw. Enjoy.

Hey, looks like your other questions got answered, but scallops are akind of shellfish. They are firmer the oysters and clams though, to me they sort of have the texture of a cross between a clam and a shrimp.

Here is a link to everything you could possibly want to know about scallops.

Thanks everyone!

Another question.

I'm from the UK and a student so how much does it matter that bacon has nitrate in it? I can't find any nitrate free bacon in Tesco's, i have found sugar free, but not nitrate free.

I eat bacon almost every day. I wouldn't worry about the nitrates.
