How much RANCH dressing is ok?

I would love a plain salad with ranch dressing but I dont know how much is ok. What would you people suggest?

i use 2 Tbsp... on FITDAY that turns out to be 147 Calories - 1.33 Grams of Carbs - 15.57 Grams of Fat...
this is the Regular Full Fat Ranch

I also never use more than 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing.
