| Nine pounds is awsome! Dont beat yourself up about the exersize, 3 to 4 times a week is fine. More is better but 7 is too much. You NEED a day to rest. If you hold yourself to more you may find that you just cant do it you may end up sabotaging yourself. Stick with the 3 to 4 and if you can fit in more great! |
