Angry I Think My Scale Is Broke.....
EVEYTIME I GET ON THE SCALE THE NUMBER CHANGES ..I CAN GET ON ONCE AND IT WOULD SAY 301 ..THEN AGAIN RITE AFTER AND IT WILL SAY 313 ..THEN STEP ON IT AGAIN IT WILL SAY 298 ....IM SOOOOOOOO CONFUSE.I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I WEIGH....

LOL I feel your pain!! Mine is just as stupid as yours!
I've been telling myself that I was going to get a new scale since I started but still haven't. So I just take the 2 out of 3 (or sometimes 9 our of 10) and go from there. But every chance I get I'll hope on someone else's scale.
Maybe I should go by one today. lol

My kids broke the plastic view window in mine a while back and have been messing with the dial so I have no idea what I weigh, either.

Does your scale use a battery by chance? Or are you using it on a carpeted area? Low batteries and carpeting can mess with a reading.


If not, then you might just consider getting a new scale--

Be sure to take your measurements weekly, too as that can help reassure you when things like this happen.

LOL! Okay, guess when you get tired of its lying, cheating ways you could just kick it to the curb and move on.


Personally, even though I know the scale is not the only or even best way to track progress, I feel lost when I don't have one.

Mine was like that too. from one minute to the next, I never knew what it was going to read.. i was alway depressed when it said i gain when i knew i did nothing wrong. i finally got a new scale. omg, what a difference. this one is so accurate. my husband says i'm much happier now that i know what i actually weigh.
