| celery sticks, peppers cut like chips, and yes pork rinds are a guilty pleasure, Which is very strange for me because before I started atkins, I could not stand pork rinds, now with sour cream and cayenne pepper, is my favorite induction snack.

| Fried cheese... Crispy turkey peporoni (by putting it in the microwave for a few minutes)... Meat or cheese... Veggies... And sometimes I just eat salsa with a spoon lol.

| Put it on your eggs! Scrambled with a little cheese and some salsa? Emma - about that microwaved cheese thing: how much cheese, and for roughly how long? I'd love to do that and I have parchment paper right now. |

| Salsa is sauce. So I use it like a sauce--on chicken, turkey, eggs, etc. As for chip-like veggies, jicama is one. So are red pepper strips, cucumber slices, zucchini slices, etc.
