| I dont use a recipe at all!! I just cut up some celery (or other legal veggies) and lay it on the bottom of the pot then brown the chicken (or any other raw meat) in a frying pan in a little fat or oil and put the meat on top of the celery. Sprinkle spices or other seasoning over the lot and add a small amount of water or stock.

| I basically do what Elizellen does and I add spices and herbs to vary the flavor.
