| I am a red meat eater and I rarely hit the RDA. This diet is such a great appetite suppressor that my serving has gone from 12-16 ounce meat/steak with carbs to just 5-8 ounces with only veggies don't know the "official" answer about vitamins with iron, but I have resolved my iron intake by adding the occassional liver meal to my diet. i look for an average over 7 days instead of a day-to-day 100% RDA. And liver pate makes a great spread/dip for cheese crackers |
