| so far today ive ate nothing. drank water. i know i need to eat but we had absolutely nothing in the fridge this morning , and i was almost late for work. i hate not getting anything to eat.

| ive got the book. we just didnt have anything carb dietesque to eat. i guess i could have had a bowl of sweet sugary cereal. but i shyd away.

| Welcome! Please make sure you have lots of food options available. In my experience excessive hunger = poor food choices. |

| well for lunch i had what was left of the steak i got last night at outback.... it was good, along with some sour cream on it (not sure why i like steak and sour cream) but ive had a total on 3 net carbs....

| Planning, planning and more planning... where is your vegetables, cheese, eggs, etc???? Tonight, make sure you have tomorrow's day planned out, otherwise you'll get too hungry and go beserk! and we can't have any of that! lol! Hope it's easier tomorrow! Good luck and keep us posted!
