| count whatever it is. BUT one of the points of induction and this woe is to steer clear of processed food as much as possible and i'm guessing the jerky is a store brand? check those ingredients, many jerky's have sugars and things that would not be induction friendly. some of our members make their own jerky. you might check the recipe forum to see if any recipes for that has been posted.

| Hmmm, looks like it has apple juice in it. Too bad--I really need something CHEWEY. I'm ever so slightly orally fixated and not having gum has been tough. My pen caps are suffering heavily--my physics prof asked me sarcastically after class yesterday if I was actually planning to swallow and digest the pen. I mean, as far as I know, plastic doesn't have carbs, so...sure! |

| I know jerky is tasty, but that sauce they put on it has sugars, the more you eat, the more you crave, that's what sugar does. You could take a minute steak and over cook it, and come back to it the next day. silly I know, but its comparable once you get that sauce out of your sytem

| I love beef jerky and have it every once in a while. If you have an HEB near you, they have Hill County Fair brand made with splenda. |
