| I had the same experience when I first used fitday log. Yes. You count only the net carbs. Net Carbs = Total Carbs - Fiber.

| Yes , its all about net carbs. Always substract fiber count. (You need fiber more on atkins than other diets because , atkins does not allow a lot fiber rich foods like bread). I eat a lot of flax seed meal, flax seed, metamucil. I always count the net carbs for everything I eat , including supplements like flax seed meal, flax seed, metamucil.

| I do have the 2002 edition but I could not find the exact place where he said to deduct the fiber grams from the total carb grams. I am sure it is there Pam |
