| It can take your body 3-5 days to kick into ketosis. Once this has happened you find loss. Your intital losses will be water weight and then the fat loss kicks in. You'll know you are in ketosis by the keytone breath or urine (kind of metallic in taste.) ((LOL, not the urine!!)) Do it right and the program will work for you!

| Thats a good sign! Drink that water! 64 oz plus 8 oz for every 25 lbs you wish to lose! I drink 1 gallon a day, but it's what my body wants. It's easier to get it all down if you drink from a straw or a squirt top! Squirt tops saved me! I hated water! Now I prefer it. How amazing is that?

| take your measurements as soon as possible, so many people claim , I don't lose on induction , and never take measurements. Not all weight is equal. Plus stay off the scale for 2 weeks. Give induction a chance. I don't let a random weigh in determine my self worth, I stay off the scale, except once a month.
