| I agree with Emma. Breakfast doesn't have to be breakfast. Tomato & mozzerella (sp) salad is yummy with some olive oil and vinegar. That is what I had this AM.

| I am a hairdresser and I did a mullet this week!!!!!!!!!!! Laughed the whole time!!! My son has a shirt that says friends dont let friends wear mullets. LMAO! |

| I had a creamy broccoli soup with cheese and some leftover pork roast this morning. We have one member whose favorite breakfast is taco salad.

| I know this sounds weird but I usually eat celery with cream cheese and bacon.

"Eat either three regular-size meals a day or four or five smaller meals. Do not skip meals or go more than six waking hours without eating."
