| Please read "Before you take that "one bite".... http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ad.php?t=35558 (Before you take that "one bite"....) It helps to remember the long term goal. Also I am amazed myself because today I am on a way of life: Breakfast 2 eggs , sausage lunch: spinach, lettuce , egg salad , chicken salad. What other "diet" or way of eating allows that type of eating? I am grateful to the atkins way of life, its easy for me at this point.

| You pick up where you left off. So if you started on Monday, Dec 3, today will be Day 7 of your Induction. The most important thing is for you to sit down and be honest with yourself. Think about the triggers that compelled you to go off plan. Did you go to the party "starving"? Were you bored at the party and needed something to do other than mingle with your husband's boring co-workers? Etc. Also, I agree with jimmie. These little steps back eventually add up. The more you stick to the plan, the more likely you'll reach goal "in time". Don't be like others who have little cheats here and there only to find 1 year later they are still on Induction phase and still no closer to their goal than they were when they originally started. So keep in mind how badly you want to achieve your goal before you take that bite.

| You know, I had the will of iron until one day. I found myself saying I won't cheat again, but the reality is I did cheat and it was very difficult to stay cheat free since then. You'll soon see that "little cheats" aren't so little. So just be careful & stay on track. |
