| Not sure what the best answer would be since I am not a tea drinker, but the only thing I can think of is your splenda limitation. I think you are only limited to 3 splenda packs a day (= ~ 3gm a day).. Which may be translated to 3 tea cups a day.. May be others here in the forum has a better answer.

| I think it is allowed, but you should have it in moderation because it does have caffeine and aspartame. Both of those ingredients have been known to stall people. I would say enjoy, but in moderation as with anything else |

| it seems okay, but take it slow, i would not replace your water requirements with tea, but there is nothing wrong with an occasional 0 carb diet drink
