| Hey, beating yourself up won't help! Just start back today! That's great that you've lost 8.5lbs so far... now dust yourself off and get back to induction! Don't fall into the trap of thinking that now that you've blown it there's no point in trying! We all have messed up from time to time! The quickest way back is to start now, right at this moment! We aren't carbaholics for nothing... it's an addiction like any other. You can do it! One day at a time! liz |

| Like Hopejoy said you just have to get back on the wagon. Christmas can be a tough time but learn from this experience and remember how you feel so you can resist next time. |

| everyone makes mistakes, no one is perfect, if you fail and fall a 1000 times, get up and try 1001 times. You can do it. I know you can , because I am doing it, if I can do it, anyone can do it. I slip , I self-hate, I dust myself off and get back on horse. It happens.

| You are not a loser. Don't be so mean to yourself. EVERYONE falls off the wagon atleast once. Make this your once and learn from your mistake. Just remember that you did not gain this weight over night. It will take time to relearn the right way to eat. Mistakes happen. Now pick yourself up and restart like everyone else said to do. You can do this. Just take it one day at a time. Think Positivie!!!!!

| IF today is Day 13, then tomorrow is Day 14. No need to "start over" at Day 1. your results from the first 13 days is what you should use to determine your degree of metabolic resistance on the charts in the book. Pick up where you left off. The most important thing to do is to figure out exactly why you fell off. None of us live on a desert island. We have temptations thrown at us daily, so it's better to figure out what our triggers are and how to deal with them should they come up (and they will come up) again.

| Yes, dont be so hard on urself....and dont quit!! This is a life time battle, everyday i see somthing i cant eat but im too scared to put it in my mouth lol...i feel like its not worth all my hard work. Stay strong and u will be fine!!! GOOD LUCK
