| i don't think you are suppossed to eat that on the 2 week induction. But you can make an induction friendly chow mein. There are 100s of low carb induction friendly recipes. Remember this is a way of life and eventually you will grow passed induction and start moving the rungs on the on going weight loss rings, and eventually you can have this.

| If the ingredients are not on the Induction acceptable foods list, the food is not Induction acceptable.
