| The only thing you need to add as a goal is fibre, it doesnt matter what you put as that goal, you just want it to show up in your breakdown so you can deduct it from your carb totals. Ignore the other stuff that will just over-complicate the situation!

| I would not bother about entering goals for vitamins and minerals either. Fitday will show you how much of what they calculate is the Recommended daily allowance (RDA) for that anyway, so you can see how what you are eating measures up to an 'average' person's needs.
