| It's probably mostly water, especially if you overindulged over Christmas and New Year. As long as you are drinking all the water you should be - so that you are sure you are not dehydrated - and are feeling ok, just be glad it's gone!

| I agree .. Some of it is probably water weight ... I wouldnt worry to much about it ... Just make sure your doing everything you are supposed to be doing ie: drinking your water, eatting your veggies .. Good Job !! |

| I started January 1st as well and have lost 9 pounds. I had to get back on the scale a total of 3 times to make sure it was correct! I am thankful that it's gone and I don't have to worry about losing those 9 pounds again! Great job, keep up the good work! |
