| Welcome to the scale crazies ........The key to weighing yourself is to use the same scale so when the number goes down you'll know it's going down ....... I always weight myself three times and as long as the number doesn't change in between moments then you can pretty much accept the loss it shows you that doesn't mean another scale won't say different in fact I would almost bet it would. but going down a pound will still be going down a pound if that makes sense? Good Luck! |

| haha, one pound is still one pound! That's good enough for me, considering I've only been doing this a few days.

| Scales drive me crazy! Almost to the point that I considered buying a Doctor's digital scale (but the $400 price cleared my head). I have tried out several scales and found that they weighed up to 5 -8 pounds difference among them. I finally found one I like that is always consistent and that is what matters. If next year I go to the Dr's and he weighs me and it comes out higher or lower, so be it. All that mattters to me is that my scale goes down. |

| I think my scale is toying with my feelings. It said 129 today, so I'm fairly sure that's all water because I don't physically feel much different.
