| Yes, I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVE pumpkin! It has so much fiber and so many nutrients! I usually mix cream cheese with mine and warm it up. I also add stevia, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It's induction-friendly--it counts as an "other" veggie on the induction foods list. You can eat a cup a day of it if you like!

| Make sure you buy the PURE PUMPKIN, and NOT the pie filling. The pie filling has added junk, while the pure pumpkin is just pumpkin.

| Yes, I make it with 1 oz. of cream cheese melted in, cinammon, and 1 packet of splenda. It's my new favorite breakfast! Quick, easy, and delicious. |
