| 1 cup = 8 fluid ounces = 16 tablespoons The Induction limits for heavy cream are 2-3 tablespoons OR 3 fluid ounces (6 tablespoons) as a Special Category Food limit. The Special Category Foods might stall or slow weight loss so their use might need to be limited. The recipe makes 6-8 servings. At 6 servings, 1 serving will contain 2 tablespoons +1 teaspoon heavy cream. At 8 servings, 1 serving will contain 2 tablespoons heavy cream. If you do choose to eat this, then yes, you will need to limit your heavy cream consumption for the rest of the day. HOWEVER, you can cut the amount of cream by half and use water to make up the liquid volume. In other words, use 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup water. That will cut the number of carbs per serving (since heavy cream DOES contain carbs!) and it will decrease the amount of heavy cream per serving.
