| Gosh...that sounds perfect! I am on day 2 also...... Let's go make a boiled egg together! LOL I stocked up on string cheese to snack on. I also found a HUGE bag of pre-cooked frozen meatballs at Sam's Club for a quick microwavable solution for snacking.

| Thanks for the ideas! The afternoon & late evenings will be hard for me. I get so dang hungry before dinner. Then my brain wants dessert before bed! Not gonna do it this time around! I've used between 19 or 21 carbs, depending on whether you look at fitday or food lables. Happy Monday, all y'all!
