Unhappy Day 2 & I'm hungry

I've had breakfast & lunch, plus a snack of salami. I'm at 10 carbs for the day & I have pork loin, cabbage & green beans planned for dinner.

Any suggestions to get me through till supper?

Gosh...that sounds perfect! I am on day 2 also......
Let's go make a boiled egg together! LOL

I stocked up on string cheese to snack on.
I also found a HUGE bag of pre-cooked frozen meatballs at Sam's Club for a quick microwavable solution for snacking.

Celery with Blue cheese dressing made of mayo, sour cream and blue cheese

we can have 2-4 oz of cheese a day.

lettuce and a low carb dressing.

have some more veggies before dinner

Thanks for the ideas! The afternoon & late evenings will be hard for me. I get so dang hungry before dinner. Then my brain wants dessert before bed! Not gonna do it this time around!

I've used between 19 or 21 carbs, depending on whether you look at fitday or food lables.

eventually you'll get used to eating portioned food and you will eventually feel like oyu hve to force yourself t o eat. it gets better I promise.
