| I woke up this morning and my husband hid my scale from me I have looked everywhere! I asked him if he had been readying my posts and why did he hide it. He said that he was sick of me weighing myself all of the time. Now I'm going through scale withdrawls!

| Congrats on the weight loss! That is fantastic! I, too, am a slave to the scale. This time around though, I am going to try and be better. I allow only one day of the week to "count"-this way I have a marker to show progress and such. It'so hard because we fluctuate so much from day to day--and I don't know about with you, but with me, a weight gain in the a.m. might put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day--eventhough the very next day might show a loss of 2 lbs!!! :P Better to try and limit the scale time. |
