| Sometimes I will MAKE myself get chaged into my workout clothing. Then I tell myself I'll just do 5 minutes. Usually, once 5 minutes are up, I'm raring to do some more. Find something you LIKE to do. Or, get an "accountability partner". Recruit someone to do it with you, so once you've committed yourself and they are expecting you, you'll have to go.

| What got me started was to join the 6 week exercise challenge! By committing to do so many sessions a week of some sort of exercise (your choice) I found that needing to post each day kept me at it till it became a habit. Initially the 'exercise' can be something like walking up the stairs at work instead of using the lift, or parking that little bit further away from the supermarket entrance to make you move that body a little more than usual, or doing the vacuum cleaning energetically to music etc. Anything that you can fit into your daily life that makes you move more than you are used to. It amazed me how gradually I was not only ABLE to walk further but I actually started to ENJOY it!! Now I have even joined a gym and go 3 times a week to lift weights and use the cardio equipment and group classes in addition to walking lots!
