Default Day 11 and going strong

I have only lost what looks to be almost 10lbs. For some reason the last 3 days have SLOWED..... then again I have been terribly stressed.

Lets see:
Check engine light is staying on
Court This coming tuesday
Job stuff
finances
and then to frost it all I get a call from student loans. OH JOy

Needless to say I think I stalled thanks to stress. butI have a feeling once I relax again itll come off in a flash.

Hi Mirya~

Congratulations on losing 10 lbs!! I'm on day 11 too, and I've only lost 5 maybe 6 lbs. The good news is that I haven't had one headache since I started on Atkins, my clothes, especially my jeans, are fitting much better, and I'm finally learning to eat 3 meals a day and become accountable for what I'm eating. I used to eat so much sugar, that my family would sometimes jokingly refer to me as "the human fly" - LOL!

I'm going to stay on Induction for at least an additional 7 days, maybe 14.

Congratulations again on loosing 10 lbs. so far - that's awesome!

I'm on day 6, oh man the dizzies get me because my work has been super crazy and non stop meetings all day coupled with TONS of work afterwards

Im having grilled chicken, OR grilled steak, or Tuna over spinach salad for lunches though and it takes care of me for quite a while

Im really suprised at how much the hunger has subsided I think on Day 3 i was ravenous for food but now I'm eating pretty tiny portions compared to my usual self

lots and lots of water .. if I'm not clear I drink more

Funky breath ... and funky smellin pee even when clear so I'm pretty sure I'm in Ketosis

Oh and 9 pounds as of this morning so I was 271 down from the 280

Hang in there other newbies !!! We got a long way to go !

Try eating more at breakfast. Like veggies at breakfast with or bacon, ham, eggs, and such. Jus add more veggies. Try that. It may help. I find that more in the moring and sparingly the rest of the day works wonders. Mom always said breakfast was the most imprtant meal of the day.

Good job, I am on day 8......and haven't lost a pound! But my clothes are fitting better. I think I need to do measurements, I just haven't had time.....Im stressed too. I am a teacher and there is never a free moment (never a dull moment either, which is the best part of the job! ) Keep up the good work!
