| I don't snack much, but boiled egg with mayo, left over cold chicken/meat again with mayo or a couple of chicken wings, half an avocado or a cup of homemade soup are the sort of things I reach for if I do get hungry between meals.

| I like to snack between lunch and exercise, so I eat 1 oz cheese and 2-3 cherry tomatos. 1/4 cup cream cheese and 1/2 cup celery is good too. |
